Mo'ed Strategic

About

Built by operators
who've carried a number.

Most consultants have never carried a number. We have.

Before founding Mo'ed, our founder worked inside three companies operating at the frontier of what technology could actually do. At a Sequoia and Felicis-backed enterprise security platform, he learned what sophisticated revenue really looks like — complex B2B motions, channel architecture, and how category-defining companies build and scale.

At a Sequoia and General Catalyst-backed clinical AI company, he joined an emergent AI team building the go-to-market motion for a product rewriting how physicians work — a motion later replicated as the commercial model for the company's ambient documentation product. At a market-data platform surfacing private dark-pool volume and proxy-reported insider activity, he scaled the team around institutional-grade data products.

That experience didn't stay theoretical. He took a $3–10k offer from $1M to $20M ARR in under 12 months with an 8-person team — 10,000+ hours generating revenue, over a million calls, and millions closed across 4, 5, and 6-figure contracts.

The through-line was never the technology. It was whether the systems existed to scale what they'd built. Almost always, they didn't. Mo'ed exists to build that layer — for companies that can't afford to hire the teams that built it originally.

Philosophy

Infrastructure compounds. Advice doesn't.

Every engagement is oriented around building systems that produce compounding returns — not deliverables that require ongoing explanation. We measure success by what runs without us, not by what we presented.

The best thing we can do for a client is leave them more capable than we found them — with infrastructure that scales, reporting they can trust, and a team that knows how to run the machine.

What We're Not

  • A 40-slide deck shop
  • An offshore implementation team with a US figurehead
  • A strategy-only firm that leaves you to "figure out execution"
  • A SaaS company that sells you a tool and calls it a solution
  • Built for every company — we take on work we can win

If this resonates, let's build.
